Cherie Martinez, LTA
President
Cherie is the President of Sage Title & Escrow Services, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. With over three decades of experience in the real estate and finance industries, she brings extensive knowledge and a deep commitment to providing expert service in residential and commercial transactions.
She began her career in 1994 as a paralegal with one of the nation’s largest corporate law firms in Washington, D.C., supporting partner attorneys in the Economic, Civil Litigation, and Mergers & Acquisitions departments. This early legal foundation laid the groundwork for a career focused on real estate, mortgage wholesaling, and title services across wholesale, retail, and secondary markets.
Cherie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta in 2005, and later pursued a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Colorado State University in 2021. She is currently working toward becoming a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.
