Michele is the Director of Human Resources at Barfield McCain Ayoub P.A. She is a self-motivated Human Resources professional with over 10 years of industry experience.  She administers policies and procedures in the Firm along with identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges.  She worked at the largest law firm in New Jersey, playing a key role in developing and implementing an HR/Payroll web-based program. She trained over 400+ employees at four different state locations on how to submit data for processing and other related firm-based computer programs.  She is adept at working to implement programs, manuals and changes that enhance the company with her effective organizational planning. Outside of the office Michele enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her partner and their two dogs.
